Our strong, collaborative real estate team in Portland, Maine is looking for a Buyer’s Agent to join us in delivering exceptional service and results.

What You’ll Do
Represent and guide buyers through every stage of the home-buying process
Conduct property searches, showings, and competitive market analyses
Build strong relationships with clients and maintain consistent communication
Negotiate offers and work closely with lenders, inspectors, and closing agents
Collaborate with the team on marketing strategies, open houses, and lead follow-up
Use our proven systems and technology to stay organized and efficient

What We’re Looking For
A licensed Maine Real Estate Agent 
Excellent written/oral communication and relationship-building skills
Strong local knowledge of the Greater Portland area (Biddeford to Brunswick) or willingness to learn quickly
Someone with a good head for numbers, values and statistics
A self-starter with great time management and follow-up discipline
Someone with a proven track record of open house and lead conversion  
Someone who understands how to get ahead of situations and can deal with conflict directly
Someone who is open and ready for mentoring
Someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment rather than working solo
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, digital tools, and social media
Ideally, you already close $3-5M/year and have the drive and work ethic to do more.
