Passionate about everything she does, Erin started investing in real estate in 1998 and was first licensed in 2017. She is a natural researcher (with a Ph.D.) and specializes in finding the gaps in the market that allow her clients to experience the joy of home ownership. She puts her all into her work; she is more into breaking the mold than in following the crowd. As a leader, she challenges her team to get better and smarter, even when set goals are being accomplished.

She loves teaching and fills that need by offering real estate workshops for agents and the community. Her strengths in understanding psychology, building relationships, and savvy negotiation have resulted in her consistently being in the top ranks of brokers of condos and homes. Her impressive project management and grant writing skills resulted in winning three condo developments: Daymark, a 54-unit condo building in the heart of Portland (co-listed with Kaili Moore), Harborside Condos, 136 unit condo development in South Portland (co-listed with John Fitzsimons), and another large development in Southern Maine that will be announced soon.

Erin worships her children - triplets in their 20s and thinks her third husband is the best one. She relates to people by being real and vulnerable. I can’t wait to meet you and guide you on your journey.
