Wow. The real deal real estate market is here. It is fast and a bit furious out there, and also strange. Some homes are going high, some homes are going low, and some are selling right around list price. It is a super segmented market right now meaning that each segment (condo, home, in-town, rural, under $500k, over $1M) is selling differently and the behavior of the market and the buyers is very location specific.
